What We Build

Capabilities, not a services menu.

We're not an agency selling hours. We build specific kinds of systems — AI assistants, business intelligence, agentic automation, custom software — around the way a business actually operates. Here's what each one means in practice.

Software that does work, not just answers questions.

An agentic system is software that carries a task from start to finish: it reads the input, makes the routine decisions, takes the action, and shows its work. Your people supervise instead of typing.

We've shipped this in practice — document agents that turn source files into finished reports, and AI copilots inside our commission and audit platforms. We use AI where it genuinely helps, and ordinary reliable code where it doesn't.

In practice
  • Document agents that read files and produce structured reports
  • AI copilots embedded in operational platforms
  • Automated checks and reviews over business data
  • Human-in-the-loop controls, always
In practice
  • Order flows that move without re-typing
  • Reconciliation between systems and statements
  • Automated reporting from live data
  • Handoffs, reminders, and approvals that run themselves

Remove the manual steps between your systems.

Most operational pain lives in the gaps: copying numbers from one place to another, chasing statuses, rebuilding the same spreadsheet every week. Automation is about closing those gaps so work flows through instead of piling up.

We start by mapping the workflow honestly — including the informal parts — then automate the steps where a machine is genuinely better, and leave judgment where it belongs: with people.

Built around your workflows. Not a template.

When off-the-shelf tools force your business to bend around them, we build the tool that fits. Ordering platforms, operations dashboards, intelligence platforms, marketplaces — software whose shape comes from your work.

This capability also covers custom CRM and operational management systems: rather than selling a boxed CRM product, we build the management layer your operation actually needs.

In practice
  • Distribution ordering & inventory platforms
  • Business-intelligence platforms for retail brands
  • Marketplace and catalog platforms
  • Portals, dashboards, and management systems
In practice
  • Operational dashboards from live systems
  • Commission & payout intelligence
  • Sales and inventory analytics
  • One version of the numbers, not five

Numbers you can act on.

Your business already produces the data. It's just scattered across exports, inboxes, and spreadsheets that disagree with each other. We connect the sources, reconcile them, and put the result in front of the people who make decisions.

One honest picture of your online business.

Storefront in one tab, ad manager in another, fulfillment in a third — and none of them agree. We build systems that connect commerce platforms, advertising channels, and operational data into a single, evidence-backed view.

Our EcomIQ platform (currently in development) is where this capability lives as a product; we also build it into client systems directly.

In practice
  • Storefront + advertising + operations in one view
  • Performance reconciliation across channels
  • Catalog and product intelligence
  • EcomIQ →
In practice
  • Source documents → structured, report-ready output
  • Statement and record ingestion
  • Audit-ready trails of what was read and produced
  • AgenticDoc →

Documents in. Intelligence out.

Contracts, statements, invoices, filings, reports — document-heavy businesses spend enormous time reading, extracting, and re-keying. We build systems that do that reading and produce structured, usable output, with people reviewing rather than transcribing.

AgenticDoc, our shipped desktop product, is the clearest example of this capability in the wild.

An assistant that knows your business.

Every company has knowledge scattered across documents, systems, inboxes, and long-tenured heads. We build internal AI assistants that search and answer from that knowledge — grounded in your own data, with sources shown, so answers can be trusted and checked.

This isn't hypothetical for us: our flagship Business Intelligence platform runs a grounded executive copilot in production — answering plain-language business questions with evidence and sources attached, and mechanically refusing to invent numbers. We've shipped the same pattern inside our commission and compliance platforms.

In practice
  • Ask questions across your documents and systems
  • Answers grounded in your data, with sources
  • Copilots embedded inside operational platforms
  • Institutional knowledge that survives staff turnover

Systems shaped by the industry they serve

More on where we've worked: Industries

The ordinary things, done properly.

Websites, search visibility, integrations, small utilities — we do this work too, usually as part of a larger system, sometimes on its own. It's just not the headline. The headline is the system.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's normal — most problems don't arrive labeled. Describe what's slow or manual, and we'll tell you what kind of system would fix it.
