Business Intelligence.
One grounded operating picture.

Business Intelligence is our flagship enterprise intelligence application, built to give businesses one evidence-backed operating picture across their data, systems, and workflows. It's already in use by businesses in Pakistan, including MTJ (Vital Group), where it unifies ERP, e-commerce, and marketing data into one operating picture — with an AI copilot that answers questions with evidence rather than inventing numbers.

A fragmented estate, unified

MTJ (Vital Group), a Pakistani multi-business retail group, is one of the businesses running Business Intelligence today. Before the application, their reality lived in three silos: the ERP that holds the money, the storefront that takes the orders, and the ad platform that spends the budget.

Live data sources: ERP, Shopify, Meta Ads — synced automatically, multiple times a day

120+

ERP locations — stores, warehouses, e-commerce, wholesale — in one classified model

54,000+

Products across the group's business units

Millions

Of sales records reconciled into one evidence-backed picture

One operating picture, workspace by workspace

Executive Command Center

Group-level view across business units and channels, with revenue properly segregated into retail and online — verified live against production data.

Retail & commerce intelligence

Physical retail, e-commerce, and channel-truth rules that correctly attribute an order rung at a store register to the channel it really came from.

Inventory & systemic stock

Stock visibility across branches and warehouses — zero-stock alerts by branch and purchase visibility across the estate.

Logistics intelligence

Fulfilment aging buckets, city-level delivery performance, and order drill-downs for a COD-heavy delivery operation.

Marketing intelligence

Campaign analytics plus statistically-grounded scale/pause recommendations for ad spend — advisory only, with a human approval queue and a journal of every decision and its outcome.

Administration & AI operations

Sync status, system health, role-based access, and full telemetry on every AI call — cost, latency, and provider health.

Ask the business a question. Get an answer you can audit.

Executives ask in plain language — about revenue, inventory, marketing, risks — and the copilot answers from live business data, with evidence, sources, and a confidence level attached to every response.

The AI is deliberately kept in its lane: it formats and explains, but it never calculates a KPI or invents a figure. Any number in an answer that can't be traced back to the underlying evidence is mechanically stripped out before the response reaches the user. And when the data can't support an answer, it says so instead of guessing.

Design principles, enforced in code
  • Every answer carries evidence and sources
  • Untraceable numbers are deleted, not trusted
  • "I don't have enough evidence" beats a guess
  • Recommendations are advisory — people approve, the system records the outcome
Honest boundaries

We're as clear about what this platform doesn't do: it doesn't act autonomously on ad platforms, and features still in development stay off this page until they're live. That discipline — in the platform and in how we talk about it — is the point.

This is the company's thesis, running in production.

Everything Ideazshuttle believes about business intelligence is in this system: connect the real sources, build one canonical truth, let people ask questions in their own words, ground every answer in evidence, and keep humans in charge of decisions.

The same architecture is now being productized as EcomIQ — the SaaS evolution of this platform for e-commerce businesses.
